Description
Rapid NFR is a fully clothed manual therapy approach where the practitioner applies pressure to the patient's areas of pain or discomfort while the patient moves through a series of ranges of motion. This application "resets" how the nervous system perceives discomfort, which helps dissipate pain and increase range of motion.
